FAQ

Can I call in, fax, or email my prescription?

No. Most patients request their prescriptions to be sent directly from their doctors. This preferred method is called electronic prescribing.  Please ask your physician to accommodate you. Our E-RX is “Pres & Vitamin Whse”

What are your hours?

QuickScript Pharmacy opens Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm. On Saturday, we open at 10am and close at 5pm.  We are closed on Sundays. 

How long does it take to fill my prescription?

The time to fill a prescription can vary on the actual medication. Our pharmacist will quickly check out the inventory and check when it will be available.  If the medication is in stock, it will take 15 minutes to fill your prescription.

Do you sell Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)?

Yes, QuickScript Pharmacy stocks many different types of PPE equipment as well as household cleaning supplies. Some items can be ordered online for curbside pickup or delivery.

Do you sell medical equipment?

We carry many types of personal medical equipment. If we don’t have it in stock, we can order it for you. 

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is street parking in front of the pharmacy.

Can I play the New York State Lottery at your pharmacy?

Yes, we are a licensed retailer for the New York State Lottery.

Do you offer UPS pick up or dropoff service?

Yes, we are an authorized UPS Access Point. You can conveniently pick up and drop off your pre-paid UPS packages at our location.

Do you sell general merchandise?

Yes, we sell a great range of household, novelties, toys, balloons, holiday cards, and gifting products. Our food mart offers hot and cold beverages, snacks, and general groceries our customer’s request.

Do you offer any business services?

Yes, we offer a full range of copy, scanning, printing, faxing, and emailing services to our customers.
