HOW TO PICK UP

Start by becoming a UPS My Choice^® service member here for free. Once you’re a member you can set QUICKSCRIPT PHARMACY as a UPS Access Point^® location for your default delivery preference for UPS^® delivery of individual packages.

Bring a photo ID with your full name and address. It must be a government-issued ID, and your name and address must match what’s on the package.

To pick up a package requiring an adult signature, you must be 21+, and the address on your government-issued ID must match the original shipping address on the package.

Easy-Peasy: Reroute Your Packages

Did someone change their mind? No problem. You can change the destination of your packages. Nobody home? Reroute your deliveries to a UPS Access Point location and forget about porch pirates.

HOW TO DROP OFF

Pack your item(s) in an undamaged box (no rips or tears!) with bubble wrap or other recyclable cushioning materials so that the contents of your package don’t directly touch the inside of your shipping box.

Seal your package with packing tape that’s at least 2 inches wide.

Secure your label, with full shipping instructions like postal codes and apartment numbers, to the top of your package. Remove or cross out old labels and markings and avoid placing your label on box seams or tape.

Measure and weigh your package and make sure it doesn’t exceed the max dimensions of 16″ x 22″ x 21″ or the max weight of 44 lbs.

Eligible Packages:

For detailed guidelines by country, refer to the local UPS Rate and Service guide or UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service. Except as otherwise noted in those documents, the following requirements apply.

Single package weight must not exceed 44 lbs / 20 kg.
Staffed UPS Access Point locations may accept packages up to 38″/97 cm in length; however, packages with a total size of more than 130″/330 cm may not be accepted (total size is length plus girth, which is double the width and height: L + 2W + 2H).
Maximum replacement value is US$5,000 for packages delivered or shipped to a UPS Access Point location and US$1,000 for packages dropped off for pre-paid shipment.
Contents must not be identified as a restricted article by the applicable UPS Rate and Service Guide or the UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service. For example, packages containing firearms, ammunition or hazardous materials requiring shipping papers are not eligible.

Except in limited circumstances, packages requiring an adult’s signature are not eligible. A package may also be ineligible as a result of the shipper’s instructions (e.g. request that the shipment go only to the addressee’s home).
